How Does This Fitness App Track My Steps? 
This walking app only uses the phone's step sensor. Alternatively, you can sync with Google Fit, which can count steps more accurately while consuming less battery.

Steps synced with Google Fit from the following apps are blocked to prevent abuse: Defit, PokeT-Walk, Pokewalk, Map My Walk, Step me, Fit as You, Pacer, RunnerUp, Sit Sync, Step Me Health, FiTest, FitToFit, StepUp, Step Counter - Pedometer, 7 Minute Workout, Calorie Counter by Lose It, etc.

Which Pedometers Can I Sync with winwalk? 
You can only sync with Google Fit. winwalk CANNOT sync with running apps and activity trackers like Sweatcoin, Weward, Cashwalk, Macadam, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Runtastic.

Will Walking 10k Steps Help Me Lose Weight? 
Walking 10,000 steps is approximately 8 km depending on body weight, walking intensity and speed. Studies on walking programs show that it's a safe and effective exercise that can help with weight loss and improve overall health and well-being.
